Richard Wyruch spent more than twenty years as a corporate attorney, guiding mergers, acquisitions, financings, and public offerings at the highest levels of business. The work demanded thorough preparation, steadiness under pressure, and a negotiator's instinct for finding the terms on which people can agree. He brings that same judgment to real estate, where a home is, for most families, the largest and most personal transaction of their lives. He knows it from the owner's side as well: over the years he has bought, sold, renovated, and built several homes of his own.

When the Palisades fire took his family's home, Richard chose to look forward rather than back. He sold the lot, found the right house in Larchmont, and began the work of making it their own. He understands the weight of that decision, and because many of his friends and neighbors are still facing their own, he gives his time freely to anyone thinking through what comes next. Born in Toronto and at home in Los Angeles since 2014, Richard represents buyers, sellers, and investors across greater Los Angeles, in every neighborhood and at every price point, by design.
