Nicole Fazio is one of the most energetic, enthusiastic, and effective real estate agents in LA. As a top voice over artist, and television announcer, Nicole brings her professional performance skills to the staging, presentation, and sales of her clients' homes. Her creativity, tenacity, and attention to detail diligently deliver consistent results throughout the City of Angels.
Having grown up in a house her grandfather built, Nicole learned the value of home ownership. Her earliest memories are of watching her family build homes in the PNW. Seeing what was possible, Ms. Fazio took her passion to help others find their homes, as far away as Africa. Working with an African charity, Nicole built a home for orphans in Uganda, and with Food for the Hungry, she built a kitchen in Chubbuck, Guatemala. Rooted locally in numerous outreach events including BTAC (Burbank Temporary Aid Center), Veterans Hall, and with Love The 818, Nicole has served at Johnny Carson Park, Burbank High School, and Bret Hart Elementary.
When not selling homes, you will find Nicole with her dog Dizzy at Priscilla's Coffee, dining, attending art openings, or performing!
