Josephine Balzano is a true born and raised Southern Californian. She was born in Inglewood in 1974 to immigrant parents. She grew up in Harbor City and went to school at Le Lycee Francais de Los Angeles in Redondo Beach.
Josephine attended Cal State Long Beach and graduated with a B.S. in Business, Finance, and Real Estate. Her family still lives in Los Angeles, Los Feliz, Torrance, Hawthorne, Redondo Beach, Rancho Palos Verdes, and Palos Verdes Estates. Josephine continues to live in the South Bay with her husband and three children. Other languages she speaks are Spanish, French, and Arabic.
Josephine bought her first investment property in Hawthorne when she was 18 years old. For the past 30 years, she has been buying homes, fixing them up, and selling them for profit.
