About
Andrew Sanchez is a real estate agent serving as Estates Director with the Brock & Lori Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Los Feliz, bringing over a decade of experience advising buyers and sellers throughout Los Angeles. Since 2012, Andrew has guided clients through hundreds of residential transactions. The Brock & Lori Team is consistently ranked year-over-year as the #1 team at Keller Williams Los Feliz, and Andrew plays a key role in representing clients across the city’s most dynamic and character-rich neighborhoods.
Raised in Miami in a family of real estate agents and contractors, Andrew grew up surrounded by architectural blueprints and construction sites, gaining an early appreciation for craftsmanship, intentional design, and how people experience their homes.
A graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design, Andrew brings a strong aesthetic sensibility and trained eye to every transaction, helping buyers imagine what a home could be, recognize opportunity, and successfully secure the homes they want, while assisting sellers in strategically preparing their properties for sale to achieve top dollar. Andrew has built a real estate career grounded in thoughtful strategy, sharp negotiation, and client advocacy.
Having lived across the city, from Culver City and Silver Lake to West Hollywood, Laurel Canyon, and Beverly Grove, Andrew knows Los Angeles from east to west and understands how local dynamics influence marketing, pricing, and value. His geographic focus includes West Hollywood, the Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Mid-City, Hancock Park, and east-side neighborhoods such as Los Feliz, Silver Lake, and Northeast Los Angeles.
Andrew works with a wide range of clients, including homeowners selling luxury estates, developers engaged in design-forward renovation resale projects, and discerning buyers looking for exceptional homes. He has a particular passion for distinctive and historic residences, rooted in personal experience. Andrew lives in a Spanish Colonial Revival home which he and his husband have lovingly restored over the years.
Known for his clear communication, integrity, and hands-on approach, Andrew is deeply committed to helping clients make confident, informed decisions and to experience the long-term personal and financial rewards that thoughtful real estate ownership can provide.
Outside of real estate, Andrew enjoys traveling, exploring Los Angeles’s ever-evolving dining scene in pursuit of his inner foodie, and spending time with his husband and their son, Theo.
