Matt Kanner Bio:
Matthew Kanner is a senior commercial director in the Los Feliz Keller Williams Commercial office. For more than 17 years, he has focused his professional energies on providing multi-family real estate investors with the highest in class advisory services throughout Southern California. In 2015 alone, he exceeded $130 million in total sales volume and has surpassed $700 million in career sales volume.
Matthew began his career in commercial real estate in 2002, as an investment broker at Grubb and Ellis, where Matthew quickly developed into one of their top agents. He continued his professional growth, working for Marcus and Millichap and Re/Max Commercial Brokerage, before landing the role of Commercial Director at KW Commercial in September 2011. Since then, he’s consistently rated amongst the top agents nationally, receiving numerous awards and recognitions, which include: #1 KW Commercial Broker Worldwide for 2015; #1 Commercial Broker Westside LA Region 2013, 2015 & 2016, #2 KW Agent Worldwide (out of over 135,000) for 2015, #2 KW Agent Westside LA Region 2012, 2014 & 2018, and Top 7 KW Commercial Brokers Worldwide 2012-2018.
