A resident of the Los Angeles’ east side, our regions fastest growing real estate market, Mark specializes in architecturally interesting homes. Time spent in Europe, Asia and South America engendered a keen interest and knowledge of architecture; particularly the eclectic architecture of the 1920’s-the era in which most of East Side Los Angeles was developed.
Growing up in a family in the contracting/development business, he was infused with a knowledge of construction and design. While selling a house is not just about bricks and mortar, knowledge of basic home systems is essential during the escrow process.
Mark’s business experience includes set design, music promotion and live theater production. He has learned that his interest in homes and ability to manage various personalities are a key result area of being successful realtor. “I find that an escrow is not unlike managing a theater production. One must balance the needs and emotions the performers, technical crew and the audience, a delicate balancing act. And, the show must go on!” A great realtor successfully wrangles all the various parties in escrows. Not unlike theater production. It is a key result area in the business.
Mark studied history at UCLA and in his spare time golfs and hikes. He lives in Silver Lake with his fiancée and their cat..
