Eric has very deep roots in Los Angeles. He is a third generation Angelino, whose Great Great Grandfather farmed the orange groves of the San Fernando Valley and brought his crops to market in a horse drawn cart. His father and grandfather grew up in Boyle Heights and Silver Lake. And aside from a 12 year hiatus to live in NYC, Eric has resided in Studio City his entire life and is as local as they come. He fondly remembers the day they parked the Railway Car and started serving Carney's Dogs. And buying toys at Buddy Browns and spending afternoons frolicking about KiddieLand Amusement Park. This gives him a unique perspective having strong ties to both the “City" and the “Valley."
His versatile background in sales and management as well as the performing arts, provides a vast diversified knowledge and skill set that allow him to provide uncompromising service to his clients. He prides himself on his ability to communicate clearly and brings a client centric approach, providing a calming, yet very effective style in negotiating with the client’s best interest in mind. Real Estate is a perfect blend that allows him to mix his clear vision, laser focus and congenial disposition with his love of historic architecture and desire to be of service. All of which provides the ideal setting for a “less stressful” process, which leads to a very satisfied client base!
He is very active in the community serving on the Park Advisory Board for the Studio City Recreation Center at Beeman Park. And can often be found on the court, ice, field or pitch coaching his two sons in youth sports. He is a graduate of UCLA and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC.
